Got my replacement part, and still find it unbelievable that GSC would replace a missing part, kudos to their support~ Now I can finally use the mic stand x3

Late reply, but thanks for the advice ^^ I emailed them about it along with my snow miku defects so hopefully I will get a positive reply from them.

I actually unsealed my box just a couple days ago, and the next day, I realized the bottom part of the mic stand is missing, even though I've never took it out. I looked everywhere around the area where I opened the box (which was easy enough because I wasn't walking around with it) and I couldn't find it, but I couldn't remember if it was there in the first place either.

I'm not sure if GSC would deal with a problem like this, did anyone bump into a similar situation before?
