So it actually doesn't say. They're just numbered. I know for a fact that though that there is no such GF known as "dark bahamut" so I'm about 98.9% percent sure it is Tiamat because of the picture on the box.

How so?

It's Tiamat because in Final Fantasy VIII you fight Bahamut's brother Tiamat. He is a dark-neon blue dragon unlike his brother which is a purplish-red.
