Seriously, that explanation makes WAAAYYY to much sense! Having something there would balance her weight and explain why (and how) she's bending over like that and explain why her palm is half closed instead of, Idnno, her being waving or fiddling with her hair or her bikini-top.. or anything else. Not to mention her being the responsible one carrying something for Yui or lunch for everyone is totally what the character would do.

I'm almost convinces there was a bag there originally! but where did it go???
