I got mine yesterday! I was so worried I'd snap the sword since it kept falling from his hand >< I had to take off his head and then put the sword on, but when I replaced the head the sword would fall off! Once it was on, it was ok, and now he's standing with my other Yuri figures <3

Received a replacement from GSC! I emailed them with pics and they sent me a new sword. It seems more resistent, but also I was very careful when putting the sword on his hands.

I received my replacement sword today :D The box was totally flattened but thankfully the sword was okay, and was noticeably sturdier than the other that broke.

Wow, it actually worked! I sent an email last Saturday to GSC requesting a spare sword because the handle of mine snapped off. Then today I received a reply asking for my address...

That's pretty cool, considering what a small thing it is. Although yes, I do realise they are obligated to replace broken parts.
