    I tried that and they said its not valid evidence, which really sucks because I was with good smile for a long time.

I am so sorry that happened to you I would of been so pissed! I would of fought it and made them pay the dept.
    Hopefully you never had issues again and all is well!
    Well people who don't agree just want to keep there publicity at a T or never had an issue no one is perfect, including everyone on here to any company, again glad you made your own choice instead of following the "flow" crowd! *thumbs up 4 that.*

    TokyocopX (1 year ago) #14975835I'm just glad I'm not alone just because it's GSC doesn't mean they are all good and perfect with there service well, whoever that was in charge of customer service and answered our pleese needs to be layoff seriously also they left me in the Red as well cause they refunded me when they charged me twice!!? The heck and in the end they kept making the exuse they had no record... So I lost my order had to pay off a debt, and end up losing and getting zip...

    Equius (1 year ago) #14969605I sent 8 messages now and still haven't heard anything from them \: I was hoping I could settle this nicely but it seems I don't have a choice but to contact paypal now, they didn't waste time taking money for another pre-order I had though, putting my bank in the negatives

    LovelyIdiot (1 year ago) #14890346Are you sure? If you didn't get a tracking number, you should open a case to get your money back. With paypal if you paid through paypal, or with your bank if you paid directly by card.
