Blossoming of the Popuras: a rare spring sight. Only a lucky few have been able to witness it. I'm glad someone captured this!

P.D: Love the little Hachunes there! It gives the pic some extra color!

EXkurogane (2 months ago) #19587747My guess is image and focus stacking. You fix the position of the camera on a tripod, and u repeat the same shot but u change the focus and the figure's position. In post processing you stack/superimpose all of the photos on top of each other.
Similar concept to HDR photos (stacking multiple exposures) which can be done on a phone camera itself, and a similar technique is also used in astrophotography where the beautiful milky way in the sky with lots of stars is actually a result of stacking multiple shots to increase the amount of stars. Stars "blink" so the camera doesn't capture all of it in just one shot, not to mention u need to differentiate and remove digital noise from actual stars.
So, yes, technically it's photoshop.

I already knew that. I was just being silly, but since this is the internet it's near impossible to distinguish tone.

(But I can see how my attempt to me being silly can be interpreted as me saying something outright stupid with a straight face.) LOL

SageGuy (2 months ago) #19580147There must be some photoshop involved. Otherwise that would require over 2 dozen of her.eviljackspicer (2 months ago) #19579985And exactly how many Popuras did you buy?

FoolyDooly (2 months ago) #19582946What if this user owned 2 dozen of her and still photoshopped the image anyways?

It's a great picture. But if it's shopped, then it's shopped.
