:D Because I was bored and I thought it would be helpful for some of you guys here.

To be honest though, this make shift box is a bit of an inconvenience because it takes up so much room, so I suggest to eventually buy a real one if you're serious about taking good photography of your figures.

Also, the whiter the light, the better.

Note that the light coming from above is optional, I use it because I find the light is not bright enough to take proper pictures otherwise.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

If the tutorial is too hard to read, you can go here for a larger version :D.

TennyobakamandyWell it helps to make it stable, if you just cut off the flaps, you will lose support to keep the box structure intact. You need that 1 inch edge to keep the shape intact.

I suppose if you only cut off the flaps on one end it would be okay (if you were to make the top hole) but otherwise it wouldn't be efficient.

Yeah xD storing it isn't very convenient...

Well, I ask because I don't understand where in the box they go. Aren't you cutting them off anyway?

No, you're not really cutting them off. You're cutting a hole lol

TennyoIf I may, I have a question about folding the flaps of the box in. Why do you do this, exactly? It seems like it would be easier just to cut them off, wouldn't it?

Very cool tut, though. I have been meaning to do something like this for a while. I just need to figure out where to put it! lol
