ElsybunnyElsybunny 笑璃沙 The Past in the Present ~ The Seventeenth Century Revisited

~ ♥ ~

Hello everyone,

due to moving to a new city (about 3 years ago), an ever growing interest in art (history), my studies at university and my internship I have not been able to update myself very often on the most recent developments in regard to MFC or figure collecting in general. It is for this reason that I have decided to sell some figures, mostly those of which I think deserve more attention because I have been unable to give that to them ever since I bought them. You can check the sales list below. I try my best to keep it updated.

Some figures, however, will probably stay in my collection for they contain special memories. Ever since I was 12 I have been fascinated by the series of Rozen Maiden. Thanks to the efforts of my sweetest friends and dear mother I have been able to collect all the Rozen Maiden Pullip dolls since about that time (except for Kirakishou, who perhaps may be part of the collection one day!). They were very generous gifts, which I will certainly cherish forever.

I have been fascinated by Fate/Stay Night for reasons similar to why I liked Rozen Maiden so much; the series' historical inspiration and aesthetic appeal of its costumes made an impression on me ever since I grew a fascination for the world of anime and fantasy. In that respect I also love everything Victorian and nineteenth-century inspired.

Recently however I have been slightly troubled with the massive scale and commercial aspects of collecting. This has of course always been playing a role in the world of the anime industry in any case - but now I can't keep up anymore - not only with the world's contents, but also financially. Series like Rozen Maiden have however always fit into my world and will continue to do so.

MFC has always been a great experience for me, because we watch ourselves grow from the moment we gain an interest in the world of anime and fiction. The way we engage with those non-existing worlds and characters, mainly when we are young, is something special and irreplaceable.

If you ever wish to ask questions about my collection or if you wish to talk more generally feel free to send me a PM. I also like conversations about west European and east Asian history (mainly from about the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries) as well as art productions in those two worlds.

Dearest collectors,

due to space limitation in my new room I have decided to sell some of my figures, in particular those of which I think deserve to be appreciated more, instead of having to live their lives in a box stored under my bed... These include (excluding shipping fee):

- Fate/Zero - Saber (Beach Queen) -> item #103190
- To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - Misaka Mikoto (Beach Queen) -> item #120915
- To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - Misaka Mikoto (4-Leaves Swimsuit Version) -> item #133551 €65.
- Fate/Stay Night - Saber Lily (Beach Queen) -> item #111975 €35.
- Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko - Touwa Erio (PLUM) ->
item #78919 €80.

I am clumsy with My Figure Collection so it may take some time to make things in order. It is possible to negotiate prices. Most of these figures have only been on display for a short while and come with their box, unsealed.

My local post office charges the following rates for packages:
Within the Netherlands (where I live): €6,95.
Europe: €11.
Rest of the world: €18.
However, I will have to check these rates again once you have sent me information on your location because they may vary.
