FychanI'm getting the remake of the 2nd generation, I'm really excited to start playing it again hahah.
About the save issue, it's because the battery died. If you exchange the battery I think the game will work as new =) The batteries are just like clock battery AFAIK.
And perhaps your game wasn't original? Or it got dust into it... Try blowing it! It always works!! XD

And it's not a big deal missing the festival, there are plenty of chinese and japanese festivals around here! I'm looking foward to the next Tanabata Matsuri, I wasn't able to go last year too <3

And what kind of things do you do in the Chinese Girl Scout troop? I've never heard of it, so I have no clue 'w'

Oh, you mean HeartGold and SoulSilver, right?! ^^ (I'm still not entirely sold on the names they chose :P) Yup, from what I've heard, some people have already received the game. Ahhh, I should pick it up too, I haven't gotten into anything Pokemon-related for eons.
The battery for my Game Boy? Ack, but I've already saved over the data anyway, so I doubt it'd come back. Dx Unless it magically DIDN'T do it or something (which would be awesome, but I really doubt it Dx). Nevertheless, thank you for your advice!
The game definitely was original. :) And yes, I know the blowing trick!! Greatest thing ever! ...Except when you do it, and nothing happens, and then you know something's seriously wrong haha ;;;;

That's during the summer, isn't it? I've always wanted to go to a festival like that. I guess the night markets in Taiwan are sort of like that, though. x)

Haha, everybody asks me this question, but I always reply, "I...don't...know." ('Cause I don't. XD) Great patriotism, me ^^; Well, since I'm not sure what a regular Girl Scout troop does, I can't compare it, but at our troop we usually have skill-building activities that can sometimes earn you patches on your uniform, or community service, and usually around a holiday we all get together and have a party to celebrate. We also have regular meetings where we plan future events. Hmm, it's really a bunch of varied stuff. And now that I look at it, it does look like a lot of fun, but since I don't have a lot of friends there, it's pretty lonely sometimes, and not fun at all ''

Sorry for the late reply, again! I know it sounds like I say that all the time, and I probably do, but I've been bombarded with so much homework lately (rather, I'm just slow....)

I, I, I, I, I. Enough about me! How about you? GENKI DESU KA?!? *eyetwitch* ಠ_ಠ

Haha, I guess I'm in a bit of a good mood today. XD I guess that's good, considering I wasn't having such a great day up to this point. Probably because I just saw these adorable Toranoana Touhou figures >_< I loved the first batch, but these seem even cuter!! Hard to believe!

Oh, yeah. And I also checked AmiAmi today and saw that they have World is Mine and the Gift Vocaloid plushies on sale! This makes me so happy, since I couldn't find any of them for a nice price heheh. But uhh, I'm not sure if I can get them, even though I have my own money xD; My mom doesn't like me spending money on such things. And moreover, I don't know who to go for.

Here, have a link! They have Kaito, who I see you've wished, too. And he's cheaper than the others, so...not bad huh? ^_^ linklink

To be fair, Arc System Works/Aksys have been a lot more supportive of putting multiple language options in their games than many studios - console Calamity Trigger included both Japanese and English audio in both JP and US regions, and JP arcade Continuum Shift has an option for English text on Arcade mode, so I don't see why JP CS console won't have the English dub...

Also, I really hope they'll keep the same dub voice actor for Hazama/Terumi as they had in CT's True Ending - that guy did an amazing job of showing what a brilliantly psychopathic troll Terumi is.

I'm going to wait until either:
-Aksys announces the US LE content
-it's confirmed that the JP version contains the dubbed audio (like Calamity Trigger did)

I really want the Noel, but at the same time, I don't want to pay $40 more for a version of the game that doesn't have the English dub - unusually for me, I LOVED CT's dub, whereas the Japanese voices were kinda grating to me.

FychanOh, so sorry for badmouthing it! XD I didn't play a lot of the 3rd gen, I borrowed mine to my cousin and like all games I borrow him I never saw it again orz. But hey, you didn't play the classic ones? They're the best!! They're the most magical ones - well, perhaps it might be just the nostalgy talking hahah.
And yes, I'm still able to play my Pokémon blue =) It's my only GB game that still works!

Oh, and your valentines day (or Chinese New Year in this case XD) seemed to have been really fun!! We had the Chinese New Year festival here on my town, but I forgot about it and didn't go to check it out =( Perhaps next year!!
And Chinese Girl Scout troop huh? Seems fun!!

Don't worry! You weren't badmouthing it. You were being really polite about it, actually! D: But yeah, I don't think I've played the old games, though I'm sure they're as good, if not better, than the new ones. ^^
Seriously?! I don't know what's up with mine, then. x__x; My brother's Silver still works, but all his memory got erased and you can't save anymore, so it's kind of useless... ):

Thanks! It was fun, I agree. <3 But I'm sorry to hear you missed out on the festival! D: Hopefully you can go next year...

Haha, it was something my mom signed me up to do, but I'm trying my hardest to make the most of it! XD

Sorry for the late reply by the way! I've been away for the whole week, so I never got a chance to reply to messages. x__x;

FychanReally? What's your last name? =3
I don't really mind the new pokemons names, I don't really notice then really much(and it's mostly the translator fault), but their designs is really meh =/ The 3rd generation pokemons seemed like Digimons, being robotic and all, and even if 4th gen had more animal-like pokemons they weren't nearly as cool as the old ones.
That's why I want to replay PKM Blue so much XD

And you're welcome! It shucks that your day wasn't the best one, but I hope the following days made up for that =) And having a boyfriend for over three years I enjoy Valentines Day XD Although I always did =) How was yours? ^^

The pronounciation is quite different than how it's spelled. You pronounce it like "su." ^^ Sounds a lot like the -chu in Pikachu, with the same amount of letters, so it fits rather well! XD
You mean Ruby and Sapphire, right? I really liked the 3rd generation Pokemon... or what I can remember of them anyway. XD
I'm not sure if I ever played the classic games. D: I remember playing a bit of Pokemon Red once, but then again, it might've been my imagination, I don't know... I have the cartridge at home, but it's dead. I can't play it anymore. >_< Are you able to play yours?

Haha, I sure hope so. There's another break coming up in April, I believe, but there's a lot of cool stuff happening in March, so I'm pretty excited! Two books I want to check out are coming out, and I'm supposed to be getting my laptop. I would also love to track down some more figures by then, but who knows XD
My Valentine's Day happened to be on the same day as Chinese New Year this year, and having both a Chinese family and being part of a Chinese Girl Scout troop really eclipsed that holiday for me. XD I had to be part of the Lunar Food Court at the temple where my Girl Scout troop stays... I was a waitress, so I served a lot of customers. ^_^ It was fun, though, so I can't complain! And we made a lot of money (though the Girl Scouts didn't get paid, haha <-- I did get a tip, though, and I was the only person who got one, so... yay?!). I'm glad you had a good Valentine's Day! I wish the people who hated it didn't have to be such downers. They're so bitter. xD

Yeah, I was thinking about Kokonoe also. The Lucky Star girl's proportions is a bit too weird and not short enough. Good job on remembering of Fate and kid Haruhi xD
Hmm, just out of curiosity, how would you do Kokonoe's outfit? Would you cast the sleeves in a rubbery plastic, or just use normal pvc/polymer clay?

I also recently remembered that Subaru (Nanoha) has several key smilarities to Kokonoe, so I'll have to see when she comes out how short she is in relation to other Figmas.

As for the sleeves, I've been thinking of casting them solidly out of polymer clay, but using a Yellow Sub joint (think Revoltech joint, only non-clicky) in each sleeve so it can be adjusted enough to keep it from being a nuisance for posing.

Yeah, the Tager would be in Figma-scale. Given that most Marvel Legends figures are about a head taller than Figmas, and the Hulk is huge compared to most Marvel characters, I think an ML Hulk would be around the same size as a Figma-scale Tager.

Also, Kokonoe's pretty short compared to most of the BlazBlue cast, so I think one of the slightly shorter Figmas (i.e., Uniform Fate or the upcoming Little Haruhi) would make a pretty good base for her.
