About
Been collecting Japanese figures for about ten years now, maybe a little longer, but have had to slow down recently due to my work situation. Most of my collection focuses on Square Enix, Evangelion (especially SegaPrize figures), and Pinky:st, but I have some others as well. Basically, any great figure of a character I like is one I have (or want to have!) in my collection.

^ My homepage, where my fanworks (mostly Final Fantasy VII-related ones) live.

^ My gaming blog.
^ My game collection and backlog.
My game soundtrack collection (because figures aren't the only things I import!).

Thanks for the friend request! I have a hard time thinking of stuff to talk about, but I'll try :)

Zetsubo-san is in despair
I see.
Had I more money, I would be getting the SFX Jack as soon as its release. Perhaps to hold on for the time being.
I also love Kaiyodo stuff but my loyalty to Square-Enix comes first. ^^;
Still, if Kaiyodo offers something really good like Trigun and Sengoku Basara, I would not hesitate.

Hah, but Julius wasn't in KHII, not that I can recall, anyway. Well, at least Play Arts Jack looks better than Revoltech Jack (which has those joints...).
Yep, Julius wasn't in KH but it would've been awesome if ~
Julius + Org XIII outfit = Pure Disney Badassery :D
You're the only person who actually said "Play Arts Jack > Revoltech Jack" But anyways, the selling point of the Revoltech is a Diorama. I just don't know how Revoltech joints would fare with something so thin. I noticed that the Play Arts Jack is the most limber of all Jack PVC action figures. Jun Planning was flimsy but fortunately durable.
I wish Square-Enix would release Santa Jack too because my Jun Planning Santa Jack is uhm, too small (18cm). For Jack to be in-scale with a seven-incher Sora, he should be 23cm tall which is the case with the Play Arts.
...and not to mention OMG Zero is so fluffy cute!!! X3
How could Revoltech leave him out? T_T

Zetsubo-san is in despair
Say, I wonder why Jack Skellington is the only figure in KH II vol. 3 Play Arts?
Why don't they include Goofy or Donald...or better yet, Julius *points to your avatar*?

R_KasaharaThe drawing tools in Flash have become some of my favorites in any graphics program. Flash is, at its core, a program to make interactive web stuff, but it's very versatile. It still has a worse animation interface than After Effects or even Maya, but the tools have gotten better over time.
As for Illustrator, part of it is that I can't wrap my head around it. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it for much aside from preparation for importing Illustrator files into Flash.
When I learn more about web stuff I'll prolly start looking into Flash. Animation... will be a project for when I retire, lol. I still like to use Photoshop for most of my "drawing", altho it's basically b/c I prefer to count pixels (no pixels in Illustrator). There is prolly an easier way, tho, I'm sure....
Yeah, there's a lot in Illustrator to learn and remember, especially since I don't use it every day (eg, I have no idea how to properly use masks). But I like how it makes file sizes small. I've turned 30 MB Photoshop files into 300 KB Illustrator files! ^^

R_KasaharaNah, Flash; can't stand Illustrator. And as for me being busy, it might seem that way, but I'm pretty bad about updates/new posts a lot of the time.
I'm teaching myself Illustrator and it's a bit confusing at first, but not too bad once you get the hang of it. I'll have to learn Flash at some point, although I thought it was more for animations than stills. What do you hate about Illustrator? Or, what does Flash do better?
Yeah, I noticed some of the gaps on some of your blogs, but you're still doing better than me; I'm still trying to post a review of PMX, which happened in November! >.<

R_KasaharaagcpicturesThanks for updating the Ariels! So you're a Medicom fan, huh?
Yep, though I don't get their figures too often ^_^; Sometimes I get/ask for Mickey Mouse VCDs for birthday presents, and there's a certain out-of-print Minnie VCD I've been after for some time now.
In terms of quality, I think Medicom's the best collectable toy company out there :D
Yeah, Medicoms are pretty spendy! Maybe at some point I'll be able to get a Donald and a Snoopy one. I love the Ariel I have, but there are some weird paint issues with her. >.< Or maybe I'm just too picky. ^^;;
You seem like a very busy person, with all your blogs! I can barely keep mine updated. :/ Very nice dA, too; do you do your stuff in Illustrator or something else?
