I've been an anime fan for a number of years now, but only got into figures and PVCs a couple of years back. Now I consider myself an avid collector of these little plastic goddesses. It's hard to say why I choose to get into such an expensive subset of the fandom, but I guess at the end of the day I marvel at the craftsmanship that went into making these figures.
I haven't gotten into resin models myself yet. It's something I really want to learn but just can't find the time for.

Yeah, using the same outlet for figure collecting (and also dvd viewing) appears to have skewed our figure interests down similar paths .... but you've definitely earned your "sama" honorific. You own over twice as many figures as I do!!! lol. Good god.

Not a problem at all, happy to hear that you managed to luck out on such good figures! Waiting for Hattori Hanzo and Senhime myself, can't wait for the other Hyakka Ryoran girls to be produced, but at the moment I can't really complain, the quality on all of them is outstanding not to mention that they have the additional finesse of Nitro+ as well.
