I got into figures years ago but only recently started actively collecting them.
My favourite character in figures is Saber.
I love figma and quality action figures, I'm not into Nendoroids at all.
A lot of my stuff are from sales and second hand, I like to get my figures for the cheapest price possible.
My favourite company is Alter and my two favourite sculptors are Toshiyuki Yagyu and Morikawa Hiromitsu.

And the delay. I ordered her on the first pre-order day.
Yes, those are the Macross girls, they don't look anything like the illustrations. Klan wasn't bad but the other two... I really like Sheryl and I first saw the images here and thought Ranka looked alright, but Sheryl sucks so I'll cancel my order. Then I saw bigger photos, now I think Sheryl looks somewhat ok, but Ranka just looks bad. It's not worth it.
Really? What was it? That's just horrible. :|

Alter's Saber Lily is pretty nice, I was considering her but I wasn't fond of the armour. I think I saw some of those paint problems you were talking about on GSC's in Play Asia's photos, some black dots on her hair. Too bad that there would be that on such an expensive figure.
The Macross trading figures were the Half-Age Girls ones, right? Yeah, the painting really didn't turn out well on them, the original illustrations were really nice too...

I love how you rated Saber Lily an 8. It's a good thing. :D Everybody on Tsuki who rated her gave her a 10, but honestly, I don't know if she really deserves it, she's nice but not that nice. (I'm actually considering selling her when I get her, due to space and her cost, but I'm not sure yet.)
Also, nice collection, especially all of those figma scooters ordered. Komari and Sumika are very sweet too.

Hey there Tenshi, I just came back from seeing your remarkable early opt photo shoot of the AxO Sheryl, I hope you don't mind but I have a few questions about her castoff features (believe me not THOSE castoff features). I'm aware that Sheryl has an alternate pair of hand for costume changes, but I'm curious about how the uniform slacks on her legs come off. I'm also wondering about the hat, do you just simply place it upon her head and it holds its own position or is it connected via magnet? ( I know the magnet idea is probably unlikely, but there are some figures, such as the Persona 3 Elizabeth, that carry the feature as a form of secure connectivity between the hat and head). Other than That I'm happy to see that you have her, you took quite the admirable initiative there by showing the rest of the board her reputable glamor!
