Thank you for replying :) So they were not guaranteeing that you will recieve a replacement when you send the figure back to them, but just that they will check hmm :/ BiJ offers very poor service in case of problems... and the credit they offered me, I asked about it and it turns out it;s just a mere 500 yen coupon. They said it;s "just a paint problem". I found this offensive tbh I will try to contact Altrer again and explain how BiJ treated me... Probably won;t help but will try at least.

I think i might refrain from ordering from BiJ in future too.. If only shops liek AmiAmi or HS helped dealing with customs our lifes would be much easier:/

abi (14 days ago) #1541895Sorry for my late reply, I have been busy and not being able to be very active at MFC... to be honest I gave up and only thought of trying no to order from BiJ again, they offered me to return the figure paying the shipping costs of sending it to them myself, and then they'll check if they can replace it, paying the costs for shipping the replacement back. As shipping for me was a lot more expensive, I decided not to spend more on a figure that should had been ok from the beginning. If it isn't very expensive for you to ship the figure back to them so they can send you the replacement, maybe you could try that, or take the credit they're offering to you if it seems fair enough. When I had my problem about my deffective figure they didn't even offered me store credit, so at least that sounds ok from them.

Hi, I've seen your article about Alvis and Lavie with defect boughtt in BiJ. How did it end? Did you were able to get a replacement from BiJ? I write about it, because I am experiencing an identical ordeal @_@ I preordered Kongiku's figure by Alter at BiJ shop and was unlucky because mine came with several paint issues (ext link) (ext link) . I contacted Alter 1st and they just replied me "contact shop of purchase" and BiJ want me to send defective Kongiku to them (without returning the cost of sending most probably) or offer some shop credit... What would you advise would eb the ebst solution?

abi (1 month ago) #1478796Sip, tmb mi Miku vino con varios defectos, creí que venía perfecta, pero cuando la saque del empaque plástico, zas! (ext link) cosas en sus Sakuras de los oídos D: ... luego fui descubriendo más cosas, hasta la florecita pequeña venía como mordida de un petalo (ext link) ... mandé estas fotos y otras a GSC y tmb me enviarán repuestos, aunque me dijeron que lo de los pies no era un defecto, así que de eso no, tmb venía con una especie de cratercillo sucio en la parte interior de la falda, pero bueno, como esta por dentro de eso no me quejé.. fijate que de las caras como que un poco más brillosas me paso con la sonico, pero nunca logré que se viera en las fotos, asi que pensé que no era tanto y asi la deje (y eso que tmb tuve que pedir repuestos de defectos de esa nendo )= )... y que padre que te halla tocado ver de esas hmo petit, que yo solo me topo con las que venían con el piano cake, pero no me ha tocado ver una hmo, ojalá y las podamos conseguir, seguro la petit sola cuesta mucho menos que con ese cd x) Wow, muchos defectos :C. Yo tuve la cara, una cola de caballo con manchas, uno de los audífonos tenía mancha negra y 3 de lo que agarran las colas de caballo mal jaja (uno flojo y los otros manchados). Los pies igual, pero me di cuenta después que mandé el email jaja. Qué bueno que ni les dije :S. Waaa, ojalá se nos haga conseguir a la Miku HMO petit :'C, una vez la vi en Rakuten pero con todo y CD waaa, igual de caro que en AmiAmi jaja.

Holi! xD Ahhh, leí que tu Sakura Miku tuvo defectos. La mía igual :'C, pero ya mandé email a GSC y me ayudarán con todo wooohooo. xD Mi primer Nendo y con defectos :'(, al menos me mandarán partes nuevas y espero que estas sí vengan bien. Este es el peor defecto D: (ext link) ... Brilla! @_@ ... Y aún hay más ToT. Al menos lo remediarán. Cambiando de tema, he visto dos Miku Orchestra Petit en Manda, pero justo cuando vi ya no estaban u.u. Ni modo jaja. Espero que estés de lo mejor :D.
