Hello I'm Ami and I've been collecting since October 2008. I've always loved the art of anime so I look at figure collecting as a way of owning a piece of the art. I first started collecting figures from series I was familiar with but that soon changed after discovering some of the best figures were from series I never heard of. Nothing can stop me from buying a figure as long as I love the character design or the show it comes from. My collection mostly consists of large scale figures, nendoroids, action figures, trading figures (gashapon), and a few plushies. I like owning a variety of figures whether they be cheap sega prize figures or the latest gems made by Alter.
But since I started late in the game I missed out on some figures I would have loved to own (which explains my rather large wish-list). Its only been a little over a year since I've been collecting but I still feel like there is so much more to learn and gain (one reason I decided to join tsuki-board ♥).
Unfortunately, most of my collection is still in it's original packaging so I don't get to enjoy this hobby as much as I would like. I don't have sufficient space or room to put my figures on display yet so until then I can't really share any lovely pics like everyone else here. :( But when I do I promise to picspam like crazy! n_n

Indeed, gorgeousness incarnate! I always hoped that Sheena would get around to getting a scaled fig herself. The three queens of Tales in my book would be Tear, Sheena and obligatory Judith (Ha ha they're all the voluptuous ones) the three are practically the pinnacle of grandeur, beauty and skill in a complete package. That Tear fig in particular looks like a worthy buy, the sculpting on both her face and clothing couldn't have been done better!

Well, seeing from the one-coin Vesperia set at Wonderfest that was just revealed, Our dreams of owning a Judith Figure looks like closer to becoming a reality more than ever (even if she's scaled to the small size she is, I'm not complaining).
