Yah, it was a struggle posing Homu's head; that stupid stand connector in the back keeps getting in the way and clashes with her hair.

If you were in Japan, you could demand a change but I don't know how it would work with where you're living currently. If I remember correctly, some time ago, there was a minor detail missing in a BRS figure of GSC and the company offered the buyers to collect their version, redo the detail on it and send them back (they had to fill a form from the website) (again; if I remember correctly. It's been some time.)
So, if it yours was a general defect, there could be a way to solve it if you were in Japan.
But if you bought it online from a place like AmiAmi or HLJ and it came defected to you, you must contact them first and ask about it. If you can prove that defect was there in the first place, maybe they can help you?
