Greetings one and all!

Unlike last time where we had lots of bright warm sun and colors we shall take a turn down a slightly darker route this time to take a gander at the throughly Ero Kotone-chan. ~_^

I originally had wanted this figure at her first release, but sadly she was rather scarce and I had the utterly insane idea of bidding up to $160+ on one auction of her at some point then quickly decided it just was not meant to be. >_>

Luckily their was something of a re-release, which made her vastly easier to find at a much more reasonable sum so I took the chance to snatch her up!

Kotone-chan here is an original character made by the doujin circle who also produced the figure. I think I was told that Vispo had a hand in helping craft her, but as someone who avidly avoids knowledge about doujin and GK figures for fear of wallet implosion I'll leave it at that.

She does come with a H-Doujin as-well but this hardly explains much about her...All you can really gleam from it is she's some sort of odd at-home nurse and ends up getting herself raped in typical hentai fashion by a patient despite attempts to *cough* use her saw to remove certain extremities or shoot him with her syringe gun, which she ends up getting herself shot with instead... >_>

Now that I've dispensed with what little background I know of her shall we move onto the eh...ummm...goods as it was...

Due to the "Some assembly required" nature of Kotone-chan she comes in an extremely small box...Probably the smallest I've yet seen. Its very non-descript looking as suits an ero figure with only black and white graphic designs printed all around it and a small sticker on top to tell you this is indeed Kotone-chan as nothing else on it identifies the contents.

The contents are separated into three carefully bubble-wrapped layers with each containing all her various parts in separate baggies...Not the most elegant solution, but it works quite well. My box was slightly dinged up on the outside, but the contents where completely intact!



"I mean just look at her...God I can feel my brain shutting down as I type this..."

Once you've dispensed with the bubble wrap you'll be confronted with almost a dozen small carefully sealed plastic bags filled with all the various things one needs to make our naughty nurse. Thankfully the good people of Keumaya provided an extensive set of instructions with not only photos but a few illustrations...My favorite being one showing some final assembly that has Kotone-chan sporting a rather disturbed face as if she were being molested by the large disembodied hand assembling her haha.

You start with attached her upper-body to her lower body...Sadly this is easier said then done. Even if you do push her in the exact angle instructed (Which is the absolute only way you'll get it in.) it still took a considerable amount of strength to force her down into place that left my hands aching. T_T

Luckily shes rather solidly constructed so you can put a good amount of pressure on her just don't make the mistake I did and try to use the bottom of her boot for leverage...Its only glued in a very small area to her foot and can easily break off. Thankfully it was a clean break and took all of 5 seconds to fix my folly.

The rest of her assembly though thankfully is a great deal easier although abit time consuming. Ofcourse it still has its hazards mostly in the form of the needles on her belt and gun. These aren't terribly well secured to the clear syringe part so extreme care needs to be used while handling them less one be knocked out. Also true to their look they are EXTREMELY sharp...I learned that the hard way when I attempted to shove one back in its syringe with only my bare hand...ow...

Because of this they tend to poke you alot when putting her other parts together so I highly suggest you put them in her belt LAST unlike what the instructions suggest. Her eye patch too can be rather devilish to get in-place without tweezers so considered yourself warned. :p

Phew ok then assembly complete...Now...lets all take a moment to look at just what we have created here yes? A cute little nurse with an epic DFC wielding a bone-saw and syringe gun while sporting an eye-patch, more crosses then you can shake a stick at and the hottest pair of heeled boots you'll ever see...Oh yes and she uses a IV pack for "panties"...Really what can I say but, this is probably the most fetish laden thing I've ever layed my eyes on and damn if it isn't awesome!

*cough* Well then lets turn this into an actual review eh...Ummm...ok...where...to...start...



"Yea you try and write a review or take proper pictures while looking at this...

SCULPT! Ah yes sculpt...gigantic mixed bag really quality wise. Being an ero figure of course alot of attention has been payed to her body or specifically her DFC...This my friends is the DFC to end all DFC...Its just...yea...the amount of attention payed to this area was obviously #1 on the makers mind and shes is drop dead sexy because of it. They also payed alot of mined to her rear end aswell, but the paint and sculpt isn't quite as perfect as the chest.

One thing you will notice is extreme attention to detail in her nether regions...This being the thing that got the group in trouble for when they first released her so I hear and you can easily see why! Her face and hair are also sculpted extremely well with a beautiful eye for detail along with her fingers that sport not only nails but also rings.

Her outfit and accessories are another story though...I know her top isn't really important to most people, but you can tell not alot of effort was put into it...Ditto for her arm bandages, which particularly look bland. Her belts are quite nice though, but the nurse cap and Nekomimi look rather poor when comparing it to the rest of her otherwise excellent head sculpt.



"Even her midsection is nice for cripes sakes...Also I wish to be reborn as that IV bag in my next life...I think I've earned it.

Her weapons aswell are rather 50/50 with the saw being incredibly well detailed and the gun not so much...Still the sculptors knew what the main appeal of the figure would be and concentrated theirs efforts in these key spots to great effect!

You can pretty much copy paste what I just said about the sculpt for the paint...Anywhere the detail is underwhelming sculpt-wise the paint is as-well sadly. Particularly again the arm bandages, jacket, and nekomimi.

The base is a basic affair being a black matte painted plastic disc. Honestly theirs so much going on with the figure itself I think having such a minimal looking base is perfectly fine and does a good job of keeping her standing while not impacting her overlook in a negative way.

Oh one final note she comes with these sticker like band aids to put over her breasts I guess as some meager show of modesty...Hell if I was covering up such beauty though so I threw em in the trash. >_>

Sculpting - 8 - Really hard to score this...What it gets right it does in spades to put it mildly like her incredibly yummy chest and cute face, but when it falls on its face it does so HARD...Even still I just can't go below 8 on this being a flat chest lover I just can't. >_>

Painting - 7 - Pretty much the same as the sculpt...Gorgeous skin-tones with nice shading, but when it gets to her non-organic parts it fails pretty badly save for parts of her IV bag and bonesaw.

Posing - 9 - Its an cute pose I think that feels dynamic without being too over the top and shows off her #1 asset very well although I can't help but wish she had a slightly more sinister looking one to suit her various fetish wear.

Base - 7 - Black plastic disc...Not much to say really...does the job and stays the hell out of her way. Also comes with optional adjustable support arms to really secure her down if your the paranoid type.

Packaging - 8 - Basic looking yes, but it protects her well and more importantly its extremely small!

Enjoyment - 9 - Would have been a 10 except for the paint and sculpt foibles on her clothes really do add up sadly...The jacket can be removed but the mediocre bandages on the arms not so much. Still a dead sexy figure that I'm elated to own!

So their you have it...A flawed beauty is what I'd call her I guess. But the sheer amount of fetish fuel adorning her really can and does almost nearly blow away all her flaws...I mean just look at her...I've been doing so for hours and I still can't believe what I'm seeing here on my desk...just...wow...

Ah yea so thats my pervy review after alot of outdoors shoots of rather wholesome gals eh. Sorry for the rather haphazard writing in places...Trying to stare at this figure and think up cognitive sentences can be pretty damn hard honestly haha...

So...yea...haha I have no idea what I was doing. Mostly I was annoyed that I couldn't get detail shots of Kobato last time so I started mucking with camera settings in a desperate attempt to produce close-up detail shots on this cheap little thing...I think it turned out ok....errr...maybe. They look like hell at larger sizes, but once they shrink to review standard size they look passable I think...

So whats everyones preference...General 4-6 360 shots around the model or something more like these with lots of detail shots? I'm kinda partial to the detail ones myself but maybe its because of the figure this time...hmmm....
