  I recently used their proxy services for the first time, and it was quite enjoyable! They're cheap, helpful, and reply to my messages fast.
  If I ever need something proxied again, I'll definitely go to them first.

  Bought a figure with them pay them 2/13 wait 8 days no email no nothing from them. email them on eighth day and they reply the item not in stock. Suggestion don't let shop with feedback lower than 80% become official partner. Thanks.

  i didn't like using this service they were just way to slow to ship and confirm orders. while demanding payment upfront and taking forever is something i just cant say is good service they did have something i was looking for cheaper than everyone else although when it arrived it was broken and scuffed a little the item was used so i didnt expect perfection but it would have been nice to know that i needed my glue handy

  Items and shipping are cheaper than average but service is slow. Ordered a figure and got it two weeks later; took almost a week for them to ship my item and I never received a tracking number they said they would send to me. Packaging without a box is just barely sturdy enough (brown bag+ 2 layers bubblewrap+cardboard on back) but I still wish they'd just offer a box by default as you're really risking the box/contents without it.
  In a way, getting good service from Japan-Best can be a matter of luck, so be careful. They're not a bad shop but more care is needed towards their customers.

  I bought 2 figures from these guys. Both very hard to find, and for a great price. They need to work on their website -- a lot. I will buy from them again. I was happy with my purchase, now that they have a "box" option, I'm happier. They should have it like mandarake where you order and once they have it ready to ship, then you pay rather than pay straight up and find it's not in stock. Both figures I received had a condition of "good" and have very minor minor flaws that I easily look passed.

  ordered item (link) that also comes with (link) for $20 plus $10 shipping. Took about 2 weeks to arrive.

  A wide selection of used items at reasonable prices. Customer service has been inconsistent as some emails are left with no reply. Shipping rates are cheaper than most shops, but is only recommended for the daring as no box is used unless "upgraded".
