Sent messages from two different email addresses over the span of three weeks, no response back from either address.
Not from their list of blacklisted email domains either, so not sure what the issue was.

I used their proxy service and had no problems. I wish they had a form that could be filled out when sending requests to make the process easier. I also have a feeling that if there were any problems I would've had a hard time with them. They worked this time but I don't think I'll risk it again honestly, there are better proxies out there.

They sent my 2nd paypal bill to the wrong email address. There was no attempt to notify me via my actual email address. (I had specified that the two were different.) I was unable to check my paypal account for a few days and when I got around to it, it was too late. The bill was still there so I asked about the situation in emails THREE times but I have yet to get any type of response. They're quick to send you bills but can't be bothered to help when you have questions. No customer service means no more orders from me. What a waste of money.

I've used their forwarding service about 7 times now, and only recently had a bit of an issue. So I requested that they send my order via Reg SAL and they said that they couldn't change it because the forwarding ticket had EMS selected and the invoice was on it's way. Okay fair enough. But now I find out that I've been charged for EMS but the parcel was sent Reg SAL. Not happy. Will open a dispute with paypal.

I emailed BIJ's proxy address June '13 with an inquiry. They immediately sent a PayPal invoice, to which I replied saying I was only making an inquiry - not an order. They blocked my email. Sept '13, emailed them with another inquiry. No reply. I then emailed them in Oct '13, questioning the lack of response. No reply.
Be mindful with paying stores (Amazon.jp, etc) and shipping to BIJ - if BIJ decide to keep your arrival, which has happened, you're screwed since Paypal explicitly doesn't dispute nor compensate against forwarding services.

Used Three Times Now, Very good for buying from Amazon Japan, Very Well packed (When Paying For The Repacking), Had one order arrive there on the morning, Sent me a payment notification, and was dispatched on the same day, A Really Good Company.

Great help accessing "bargains" listed in Amazon.jp that I wouldn't be allowed to purchase any other way as a non-resident. Although $5 ticket for opportunity to use proxy is nominal be prepared to be somewhat surprised if their add-on acquisition percentage per item purchased isn't reviewed beforehand or taken into account. BIJ does provide a breakdown and adequate explanation of how their price add-on is determined.
Instructions for proxy use are excellent though I'm sure as a first timer I probably took longer than normal figuring the right procedure for forwarding. BIJ wasted little ti

Very useful service, in my opinion - they provide the Japanese address and take a small fee for processing/repackaging (if needed) while I make the order and pay for it myself (the shop must support PayPal, though). Not suitable for Yahoo, but, for many cases it is the cheapest option available.
