  I use them in situations where I have found myself discovering a figure release a little on the late side and having no other direct source to fulfill said order. They are a bit pricey and they have been known to suffer immense delays but they have always managed to come through for me in the end.

  I've been shopping from them on & off for years now. And never had any problems with them. Great customer service if you have any special requests. Great Black Friday sales every year. And a good source (located in California, USA) to buy your anime goods when other sources failed you.

  Their customer service is great, they usually reply within 1-2 days. I've ordered from them twice. One time when one of the items I order was out of stock, and quickly notified me and told me that they might have the item instock in their other warehouse and asked me if it was okay if I waited (they eventually shipped out my order, all fulfilled). Really gave me a lasting impression on them.

  We have ordered many figures from these guys before, the customer service is great and we have never had any issues with anything we have gotten from them before. Prices are a little on the high side, and they get items later then most shops, but they are a great place to get items if you missed something that is sold out already at other stores. If you are in the US or Canada shipping is really cheap. They get some figures I cannot get other places like Native figures and some exclusives. I recommend them to anyone.

  This is a well assorted site for figures and merchandise. They generally offer one shipping method(USPS), which is good enough (shipping rates are normal I guess) and they accept Paypal and credit cards.
  Preorder items take quite long to become in stock and their prices are a bit higher than usual (except for discounts of course) and they leave quite a lot of out of stock items on their website, which could lead to disappointments.
  On the big plus side: they usually lower the custom values to a safe level, so you don't have to worry about custom fees.
  I'd say it's a nice site to consider..
