5 years ago (Updated 2 years ago) - Chibi_GohanShop sent the wrong item in a shipment and has ignored communication to attempt to resolve the issue. Will probably have to resort to Paypal to prompt an appropriate resolution
3 years ago (Updated 3 years ago) - SzczekusMy figure got stuck in the Customers office. I`ve tried to contact AE, but no reply at all. The figure got send back, and again no reply at all since August.
My second and last order from this site. I`ll never make the same mistake again.

3 years ago - ShadowstepOrdere only one figure from them, wich came with a couple of months delay. Contacted them a numerous times. The staff lied for the state of my order, and recieved reply when i informed them that i was going to cancel my order via the paypal buyer protection.
They shipped the figure 3 days after that.
The prices are competive, but the poor customer support, and the delayed order processing are making this shop a bit risky...

track in usps keep saying Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, it has been prepared for six months.
Have contacted them several times but no reply at all.

4 years ago - SilverkiteSeems this store has some up and downs in terms of support,shipment,times and whatever.Just purchased POP Sadie-chan for a decent price,way beyond the P-O dead-line and got her safely and sound,no problems with customs,no problems regarding package everything was fine.Erika from custom support usually gives you a reply for the day after,if she can't she says to drop another mail for monday,so if you have any problems drop them a mail on monday avoid friday,caturday and sunday XD

4 years ago - RadWith a figurine delayed many months past the originally estimated date, I wanted to cancel the preorder.
Anime Export wouldn't give me a clear response about whether they will cancel it over many mails (who also were answered slowly at times).
Eventually they simply got the figurine eventually and asked me to have it shipped (which in itself was done well), without ever providing a reason as to why it wouldn't be cancelled.
Suffice to say, I'm not happy with this kind of customer service, and cannot recommend preordering there.

4 years ago (Updated 4 years ago) - eljkmwAE has finally awaken. They had apologised and decided to fully refund me. Unfortunately, PayPal charges a transaction fee to both buyer and seller that led me to cancel the refund. I decided to give AE another chance, and customer service was more attentive to my needs.
