73% - 18 days ago - Phantom461I ordered 3 POP figures there by the time. Killer, Eustass Kid and SA Nami.
Everything was proceded really fast and it was shipped almost imediatly. But i was kinda disappointed with the packaging. The box was huge and heavy due to Kids Box.
HLJ put some of those "air-bags" into the box so he figure boxes wouldnt move in the package. Whats a plus for me. But between the figure boxes and the carton layer was nothing what lead to damages on the boxes of Kid.
I would buy there again but if i chose something big and heavy i would probably try to get it somewhere else.

I've shopped from them for a full decade and glad they're still around. Their warehouse service is GREAT! You can cancel hassle-free items ordered to the warehouse all the way up until they request payment. I especially love that you can add/delete each item in the warehouse to fully customize what goes in each package.
They also used to be slow with shipping, but they've totally sped up recently and are now on par with the other big sellers. It's great!
Now I wish they would just stock Pokemon more consistently...

46% - 1 month ago - DrewAmiAmi has always been my main go to store, but HLJ has long been there to pick-up the odd few bits - mainly prize/trading figures and merch. The 60 day Private Warehouse is convenient for combined shipping and the freedom to cancel is useful. However, an increasing stack of contras besides those listed by others, threatens our consumer relationship. Offering of back-orders never fulfilled, failing to offer full sets of figures and worst of all, replacing your orders with alternative items without notification and dodging responsibility by blaming the manufacturer.

40% - 1 month ago - RitsuSomehow I had 2 of the same in an order after payment I noticed ( I did not doube click as they suggested, I really have no cue what happened), before shipment. They would not let me cancel this item, or get a refund, or even try to help me with this problem in any way, I would have taken store credit. They need to correct their payment system. The only good thing about this store is their cancellation policy during pre-order. I won't stop myself from buying from them in the future, but this did leave a nasty taste in my mouth about their customer service.

The ability to easily manage and cancel orders is great. It makes pre-ordering things that you're not 100% sure about much easier
Only ever had 2 boxes arrive damaged, but the contents have always been fine. Occasional moments of slow shipping processing but generally I find them good.

they offer I wide range of figures and goods including alot of prize figures which many other stores do not carry.
Item are usaly sold at normal base prices with the 5% tax price off. but sale items can go as low as 80% off.
I have never recived a box with even a single sratch on or any damage at all. plus all packages have arrived with in th set amount of time or quicker.
the only time I have ever contacted customer services and issue was resolved within 24h

76% - 4 months ago - ghostwolfproI have been buy from HLJ for years now and I have always been satisfied with them. Their new Private Warehouse is a great service. While their packing may be a bit questionable at time I have been fortunate to not have had any issue with smashed products (aside from bought Scratch and Dent items). They are my first stop for preorders because of how nice their system is and I have never been given gruff about canceling any preorders or orders.
