I just received your ITEM #56286. Thank you for the great packaging even though there was no box. If I had the fund I would have bought more. XD

otakusan (4 months ago) #24571960oh man, ya in that case, all you can do is contact the place you've placed your order with, and they will file a claim of cost of declared value and shipping charges.. than hope the items eventually get here.

BloodyEarth (4 months ago) #24571924En routing to destination country. Been like this for the past 9 weeks. I personally think Canada Post has it, they just didn't scan them and present it to CBSA yet. But I have no proof.

BloodyEarth (4 months ago) #24571537EMS. It's Canada Post. They simply told me to contact Japan Post for refund. Sigh. Even if I didn't declare value I still need to spend more finding them again. These are rare items. Gosh I hate Canada Post. Customer Service is useless. I don't even understand why they hire all these people to sit there and do nothing.

otakusan (4 months ago) #24571390Japan post normally can't do much once they've landed in your country. Call the postal services in your country and see... was it EMS or regular airmail?

BloodyEarth (4 months ago) #24571275Already did with Japan Post quite a while ago. Haven't heard anything from them yet. Well, I devalued some stuff and guess I could only get back with what I declared. And who's gonna return my shipping cost...QAQ.
