Where to buy official Overlord light novel (ENG) in Europe?Where to buy official Overlord light novel (ENG) in Europe?

Hello,

I got interested how deep the background setting is for Overlord that I ended up buying both Albedo figures (I however do not plan to buy ITEM #675224 as it is extremely disappointed figure for me). After watching Anime, I got interested in LN as it is more detailed and learned official English version is available. I want to support creators so I want to buy instead of reading online.

I first tried looking to buy from figure shops but few sell manga but not LN. I was wondering where can I buy official light novels in EU. Since I plan to buy all at once (until volume 7 and maybe 8 and 9 for pre-order), I feel like it would be cheaper to buy within EU as outside will cost import taxes. Does anyone know online shops that sells those?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what the import rules are like where you are but in the UK there's no VAT/Duty on books, I'd suspect there'd be similar rules across most of Europe.

Wait there isn't? Man, I've been lying under a rock. (Lonely UK person here). Does that apply for outside of the EU to? (Aka using Amazon Japan for manga, etc.)

Oh cool, I will look into that. But I think it will still be cheaper to by in Eu without import since the price won't be that significant difference.Gandalf (7 months ago) #37571033I think you might of overthought this, light novels while technically niche, are not so niche because every major online book seller stocks them (along with tons of manga).

Thanks guys I will try comparing prices for next LN (Monogatari series)Baigon (7 months ago) #37578974You can buy them from archonia.com and since youre from the Netherlands the shipping costs should be on the low side. You can even select post NL as a shipping option.adrikyn (7 months ago) #37556803Amazon.co.uk (or whatever extension is appropriate)

I am fine with cliffhanger. I actually want Vol. 8 because I already watched Anime so what I really want is those side stories about the characters.Devastator001 (7 months ago) #37570917you're better off stopping at Vol. 6 and waiting till Vol. 9 is out as Vol. 7 ends in a cliffhanger and Vol. 8 is pretty much a side story XD (it does set up some stuff for vol. 9 though, but the cliffhanger is resolved at vol. 9 )

The place I bought was 15 euro cheaper total as they were doing discount with free shipping. But next time I pre-order I can now compare prices. Thanks!MelodyElodie (7 months ago) #37555183I would of said Wordery since worldwide shipping but since you already brought it...
