Genuinely why is Hobima/TFO doing this….Genuinely why is Hobima/TFO doing this….Misc

Hello everyone,
I’m writing this because I have no idea what’s going on with Hobima/Treasure Festa. Before TFO 12 I bought a ticket for early admission which was refunded for some strange reason, but I still owned the ticket and was able to enter early.
I thought not much of it although fairly confused.
Day of the actual event comes along and everything is fine. I get my kits, etc.
Next thing I know I check my bank account and Hobima refunds one of my kits. I ask TFO about it and they only talk about the price fix that happened (they do also mention that I’m still getting my kits so thankfully they didn’t actually cancel it), which I wasn’t concerned about because it didn’t refund the entire kit back. Then they refunded another kit and today they’ve just refunded the last.
I’ve tried asking Hobima a while ago, since I think they’re the cause rather than TFO itself, and they haven’t responded yet. I’d feel pretty bad if I’m just getting kits for basically free...? definitely wouldn’t feel right. Does anyone know anything? Any help would be super appreciated.

This may be what’s occurring in your case. I would make certain to have the funds available when the kits start shipping out towards the end of the month.
This is my first time in an event so that’s why I’m fairly confused, but if this is the case then I’ll just make sure to keep the funds.
Thank you!
