    ZoroZoldyck (2 years ago) #4365718Hmm..
You might have convined me to try to contact GSC and try to get a replacement arm for my Okabe.. The arm just snapped when I touched it the first time, and I already had experience with two other figmas before.. so it's not like I was rough..
The whole figure is just hard to move, it's really scary to pose him, being afraid I'll break something again../
    Any advice?

I don't know how old your Okabe figure is but if it's release date was more than a year ago, chances are GSC will decline and not send you any replacement. Still, if you have an idea of how the joint that broke off works you could just super glue it at the parts where it doesn't rotate, though I'd do this with great caution.

Necroid_Neko (2 years ago) #4343037That Pandora Hearts artbook looks so nice! But...you bought Elsie and didn't even display her?? ARE YOU A MONSTER???
I love Elsie so much I'm naming my first daughter after her...

It is a really nice book, I like it more than the first one that came out a few years ago, her art has improved in my opinion. Ahhh I know, I'm a terrible collector cos most of my figures actually stay in their boxes ahaha...

serperucaz (2 years ago) #4343168Nice loot. Good idea the POP boxes.

Thanks! They were ~$10 a pop. xD

AkibaMelon (2 years ago) #4319580Wow, that was a really lovely and interesting loot post! ^^
So much different stuff *__* Figures, books, collectibles! Very nice :D Thanks for that!
So sorry to hear about the damaged box V_V I wouldn't know what's worse... the damaged items or having to give them away and fearing about never seeing them again .__. I hope everything will turn out fine! :)

Ahh thank you so much for reading! I'm glad you liked it.

Mmmm but it could be worse and I get full compensation so it's just a matter of waiting. Thanks for your words! I hope none of your stuff ever come damaged so you don't have to give your things away.

AnAbleAngel (2 years ago) #4319164An Art Assignment? I'd love to do one of those! Would be a nice break from report writing and research tasks.
I'm not sure how it is over there in Perth, but my post office handles compensation pretty well. Hopefully yours will be the same! I find that the root cause still lies in the courier-transit part of the posting system, because I've had more troubles receiving packages from Domestic sources (using Aus Post) than overseas.
Regardless, you still have my hopes :O

Ah yeah, it took me 15 hours over the course of 4 days but it's still better than writing reports and such. I quite like traditional drawing so I'd rather do that any day!

It's good to hear that Auspost at least is somewhat fair with compensation, I've never had to deal with this before in the three years I've been collecting. I've heard people getting compensation back from damaged AmiAmi packages (not sure if it was paid out by Ami or the post offices) as AmiAmi points, but I'd rather my money back lol.

Thanks so much! Hopefully your packages will arrive in much better condition than mine haha.
