    Thanks!
As I know, if you buy it as pre-order it's about 3 month-1 year. If you buy it from in stock they can ship in different time, from 1 week to over 1 month =\

    NemsEngelAceSasu (1 year ago) #30961602Sure.
Well it's my first time ordering a unlicensed figure. How much time do such shops/figures need normally to ship?

NemsEngelAceSasu (1 year ago) #30961614And it was instock when you orderd? T_T
Oh no, sorry to worry you! I should have read the rest of your comments.

This was for a pre-orders. I'm sure in stock items don't take too long to ship. But I would look up reviews for each particular shop and see if people say in stock items have a long lead time.

Ose_93 (1 year ago) #30961613I'm sure every company is different, but to give an example, when I ordered picture/1835236... I placed the order December 8, 2016 and received the item around July 7, 2017.
And that one didn't take too long. I had ordered a different figure on March 16, 2016 and got it in April 2017.

Kanda_Im_mortal (1 year ago) #30961296Well, they are official registered store, use Paypal, have feedbacks at FB and regulary update it. So I don't think about scammers, but...
Yep, please, keep me informed! I don't like this situation at all =\

    Kanda_Im_mortal (1 year ago) #30961242Yep, seems legit.
Did you pay by PayPal? If yes, and they will not ship it in near time, you can ask about refund.
Now I'm worry too because of my order there... But all my payments were fine, so don't know what to say...

NemsEngelAceSasu (1 year ago) #30961222I've this on watching rover.ebay.com/... I'm kinda certain it's legit.
Well toyasha answered me on Facebook several times saying they're having a problem getting the money to the company. But that's not changing the fact that it's still not shipped. Besides if a shop says "this never happened before" my alarm bells ring, because that's a often used phrase from scammers.

0crybaby0 (2 years ago) #30961007Try avoiding shingekishop at all costs >.>
They have the worst customer service ever, ignore emails/posts on their facebook site, take more preorders than they have in stock and take forever to ship stuff out.
They also charged me the shiping cost twice for some reason without giving a real explanation either lol. Had to contact Paypal since they wouldn't answer me.
These 3 are the best shops in my opinion and from personal experience.

    7maniashop
    senseitoy
    gamesanimationcollectibles

Thank you. Then I'll try to better avoid shingeki shop. The new shops sound good.^^

Kanda_Im_mortal (1 year ago) #30961190Yep, ebay is ok for pre-orders, but when it's released, NO, be aware of bootlegs. Read the description carefully - seller can mark it like "re-cast, reproduction, no number plate, no original box" or smth like that. Like this for example www.ebay.com/it...
It's strange. They always answer me in 1 day. You can e-mail them

So ebay is quite fine, no bootlegs? Atleast i didn't find some.
It's good that the shops are reliable, though i am a bit nervous. I bought Mobius Ace from Toyasha on 19th and they still haven't shipped. >.<
