My boyfriend really likes my collection, namely because I have a few figures in my collection that she wants (Rei and Ritsu Sakuma, aye). She jokes around a lot that I am rich, lmao, and is also jokingly "You better not buy another figure" whenever I browse through figures. But she is supportive of me! And she wants her own collection too ^^

I don't have one. Oh well.

But most ladies that have been interested in me are weebs so they thought they were really cool.

my boyfriend considers our room to be my room, and "the place where he sleeps" lol. He has a music room that he has somewhat decorated, he's a simple guy and likes whatever makes me happy. when I get a new figure in the mail, he's always excited to watch me open it and check out the little details. he enjoys my collection, I have a lot of female figures and it's nothing weird, i just like what I like (he knows i'm bi as well).

When I showed my significant other(s) my collection, one of them was so impressed he started buying his own as well as more for my collection. The other also has their own collection and said "now we have twice as many if we put it together!" It's fun.

My partner doesn't give a flip what gender is what who is which whatever, he likes them all. Loves the figures. I'd never be with any dude who had an opinion about any of my figures, let alone my male smut or my female smut. I also collect large beefy male dolls and female dolls as well. I just love the human form and so does he, male or female. He adores all of it too and most of my friends like them, but if they didn't then I guess we can't be friends cause this stuff is like half my personality lol

I have hentai covering my apartment. Explicit Native, Skytube etc figures fully undressed, both male and female, GOT hentai wallscrolls covering the walls, doujin covers proudly displayed etc etc. I just kind of stopped caring a few years ago, but I've always had a very uhh.... strong personality when it comes to not being afraid of my interests. I choose to invest a lot of money and time into this hobby, I'm not about to have anyone tell me not to. I didn't work my butt off over the last 4 years for those trips to Japan just so I could be afraid to buy all dat smut and display my hard work

I don't like having too much of an opinion about it though. It makes me happy so I collect it. Anyone who wants to damper that happiness will do so in other aspects of your life, not just this particular interest. So drop them. Don't worry about how "weird" something is, don't worry about how you appear, if it makes you happy drop your dollars and bring it home and love it.
