If it's a really popular item, you better stalk your account to see if she's in stock. Don't trust what they say on their page about stock, it's usually wrong. And even if you have your paypal account linked, ask them to ship what's available the moment you see her in stock... don't wait or you will lose her for sure :/

I've never had a problem with them other than being really slow to do everything! :/

If I were you I would check yourself to see if she's in-stock and ready yet. I did not have my Paypal account linked to HLJ or anything and they NEVER sent me a payment request for my Kaito nendoroid. By the time I got into my account and checked he was already low-stock and almost sold out. It could be that they haven't processed the orders yet because in truth they are slow but better safe than sorry. You may also want to send them an email.

HLJ is awful, that's why I always tell people not to buy anything from HLJ as long as they have other options (I don't know if that was your case).

Of all the major japanese stores, HLJ is the only one not to have its warehouse in Tokyo and that causes delays because they're always the last store to receive stock from the manufactures.
Even when that's not the problem, they generally are very slow. Once I bough a figure there and I received the order confirmation in one day, the payment request the following day and the payment confirmation and shipping notice five days later (and there was no weekend during this five days gap).

I've blacklisted them a long time ago for many reasons and I cannot for the life of me understand why people think they're so good. Their costumer service is slow and unhelpful, their prices are always much higher than any other japanese store and their packing is sloppy.

Want a advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOBBY LINK JAPAN UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.

Could also be because they are at the Shizuoka Hobby Show and/or because it is the weekend and they don't work on the weekend.

They are generally pretty slow, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It took a few days for them to process my last order too.
