But for the TLDR, if that guitar is an official collab with Miku/Piapro, then it can be entered in the database regardless of manufacturer because Miku is from a JP origin.

I admit that China has a lot of pirated copies, but as I said, almost all genuine figures are also produced in China. That's the funny thing when you think you have to buy from other websites, but don't know that most of them are shipped from China in the first place.

It actually makes sense. Usually the bootleggers have a rather easy access to the molds and production know hows. In extreme cases the may even run a bootleg batch on the same production line as the official ones -happens a lot with clothes- and the key difference is usually the low standard materials used and quality check.
