Reasoning: Blue Hair

Reasoning: A bit of blue on the hair and incorporated on base well.

Reasoning: Her entire dress is blue.

Figures I would NOT allow:

Reasoning: Her clothes look more purple than blue and the color of her clothes is not the first thing your eyes go to.

Reasoning: Same as above.
