Hi all another question here.

was looking through Nendoroid Playset Western Life and found two different box pattern for it. Why is that so? Is it due to GSC exporting to different regions or juz a pure case of bootleg. If it is the latter, who is the authentic one in this case?

LazySundae (1 month ago) #29904331Pretty sure that's just the plasticizer coming out of the material due to lack of oxygen...? I read somewhere that PVC figures kept in the boxes too long tend to get that sticky substance on it, but supposedly it comes off with soap and water.

ya likely from what I seen and heard. However, what baffled me is both nendoroids are of same age but one is sticky while the other is not. Anyways, I just take both of them out to display for the time being.

LoveChopper (1 month ago) #29206267Need some insights from fellow Nendoroid collectors.
I have recently un-boxed two nendoroids which are both second-hand from two different sellers and around 4 years old respectively. The first one, the whole nendoroid, face plates and so on was very sticky. On the other hand, the second one, only the main body got a bit of stickness but not really that much and the face plates was ok.
I am wondering the reason behind the difference in stickness for the two nendoroids despite their similar age.
Thanks ^^

chaives (1 month ago) #29891379It could be that one was kept in better conditions than the other? Things like heat, exposure to sunlight, etc., are the cause of nendoroid stickiness.

I am Japanese and I am from Japan.
English is a stinky one.
I translate it at the translation site.
If you have something you are looking for in the Nendoroid, please talk to me.
You may get it.
Please think that the amount of money is international shipping fee slightly above the new price.
I hope to be the power of your collection.
Thank you.

lambchan (3 months ago) #26954835I just started collecting nendoroids cause they are cute I got hinata from haikyuu so far, but I want nishinoya but he is so darn expensive. ;-; where can I buy him for a cheap price?

I suggest waiting for a re-release. So far most of the others have been re-released so I think it's likely he will too (maybe when Asahi is goes up for PO)
