The translation of Steam version is outsourced (see 123's replies in the discussion steamcommunity....) - I don't know if it's Steam exclusive and if it could be used on other platforms.

I did read an article that said that the version being released on consoles is different to the Steam version (like a “revamped” version, I think), so I don’t know if that’ll make a difference at all? I’m not sure, I’m still undecided whether to chance buying it and just hope for the best. But thank you for you help!

Just to add onto Nefere's comment, the circle who made this game is just one person! Theres a cute interview here and it seems like they do their best. Worth noting the steam profile they linked is the same person as well :)

With her I also got the Switch version of the game, and it has English too, as well as Korean and Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified).
