Mine arrived a day ago and the truth is that the material looks very fragile, but it arrived in perfect condition and was very well protected, the figure is spectacular, I'll upload some photos

Got mine and am really happy with it!!! Packaging was not as bad as I thought too! (Everything bubble wrapped in a foam fitted box) Only downside to these are the limited aspect and the very high price... Though I would throw money at Fairy Tail any day XD

Danwho1 month ago#89624275Do you know if it was your proxy who added the "fragile", or was it the company themselves? Because I did see a review of the Gajeel being damaged when received, however the company did offer to either repair it or replace it for them (if there was stock remaining).

I got mines from a Japan Proxy, so I actually can't tell, if it's from my proxy or from B'Full. However, if the others who bought direct and doesn't have this label, then it would conclude it's from my proxy with the label/sticker "Fragile, please handle with care" in big font outside the cardboard box.

So, when I received, there's 2 boxes (one outer box, and one inner box). The outer box is where that was labelled at.

The inner box looks like this:

And when you open the inner box, this box is most likely from B'Full Fots Japan, since it's the official merch box:

^ With several layers of bubble-wrap and Jellal was inside the plastic sleeve, so it came in well protected, i.e. perfect condition for me, no scratch marks and all in-tact.

KitsuKuran2 months ago#89559308To be honest, we won't know if there will be progressive change, if everyone stops buying from them, so unless someone is willing to give this company a benefit of the doubt, then we will know from the reviews if it comes in good condition.
I was just trying to give my review on my side of the things, and my experience with this company. The Jellal Figure came in good condition, and the quality is very detailed and good. I have no complaints with it.
At the end of the day, it's fans decisions if they want to buy it or not, and they could have changed for all we know (I mean look at the Jellal figure and fans, those who bought it, experience from it). But if no one buys from them, then we won't ever know the result or if there's a change for the better. And I do like how they labelled on the box 'Fragile, please handle with care', it was considerate of them to do so IMO.
Ofcourse, if those who don't want to trust them, then by all means, since it's their decisions in the end.

souji5okita2 months ago#89459679That’s great for you but my advice still stands. The overwhelming evidence is out there that they are horrible company to buy from and just because a few people got good pieces doesn’t mean the majority will and I don’t think you should recommend this company to anyone at all until there is a progressive change in their quality.

KitsuKuran2 months ago#89454439I will speak on behalf of this Jellal figure, since I gave this figure a benefit of the doubt, also because I am a fan of Jellal too, and since they FINALLY made a Jellal full size figure, I just have to get my hands on this figure. Bare in mind, I went into getting this, after reading some reviews, but I still want to get it, and surprisingly, in a pleasant way, it comes in perfect condition. The materials used and the figure itself is very detailed. I am very pleased with the figure itself, and it's very sturdy (doesn't seem like it will fall apart easily).
I have to actually went out of my way to get this with a proxy, since they don't sell internationally. And yes, it is expensive with the proxy I ordered from, but in the end, I am happy that I bought this figure.

My advise is, just because it happens in the past(not in good condition), doesn't mean it will always happen(in the present/future). If fans wants to order it, then let them. Although I have to say that no delivery will come insured so there will always be a certain risk involved.

I wouldn't get this from AitaiKuji to be honest, since the figure from B'Full is already out of stock. By the time you place the order, AitaiKuji wouldn't even be able to get the figure in stock, since it was a 'limited edition'.

And they are always, always late with the pre-orders. Comes 2 months (at least) after release date, that I will never ever understand on my end..

souji5okita2 months ago#88467586I don't think my post will change everyones minds but if I get even one person to stay away from these FOTS figures I'll call it a win. DON"T buy any of these Fairy Tail figures. The figure company making them use poor plastics that tend to break. They ALWAYS break in shipping unless they are shipped domestically within Japan. This is why so many site will refuse to sell FOTS figures internationally. Do you want to be one of the people who learn this lesson the easy way by listening to me and everyone else telling you to stay away or the hard way when you new figure comes broken in the mail.
