I live in Austria. I contacted amiami they told me japan post can't do an investigation cause it's over 6 months. And amiami told me they keep their eyes of the tracking. I don't think it's lost I think it's only very slow and need to go on a port and after that maybe with a flight or train to Austria cause we don't have a seaport..

It’s absolutely abnormal… I live in France and I always receive my Surface parcels in 8-9 weeks maximum.
You should contact the customer service of the website you bought your figure from in order to register a claim to the postal operator
