Super pleased with what I got them for on TOM thanks to points and a birthday month coupon. Glad they still had em when I finally saved the cash. Monuments to my bisexual awakening secured. Now all I have to do is wait. C:

MiyabiRei18 days ago#113388077I once pre-ordered a highly anticipated figure on their site and they ended up not having the ability to secure the figure even though they had her open for pre-order for days. Because of this I avoided ordering her from other sites which actually secured their stock for customers. Also recently I had two figures be sent back to Japan after arriving to the states for an unknown reason. Usually packages being sent back could be potentially due to an error on HLJ's part by writing the invoice incorrectly or what not but when I confronted them on the matter they just shrugged their shoulders and did not want to reimburse me the shipping cost which was higher than the figures themselves; nor did they want to help me look into why it was sent back. The only perk of shopping at HLJ is that they hold items you bought for 60 days and that they sometimes can back-order out of print items but its not worth the bad customer service imo.
I see, thank you for your response :)

wandercass18 days ago#113388079Hi! Did you proceed with Hubbyte's PO listing? I'm having a hard time accepting the local price I PO'd her from Onegai Onii-chan @ P11,050 (special price for loyalty card holders, you just have to pay 50 to have one). :)

usernotfound4041 month ago#112759358Was finally able to place a PO from a local shop in my country. A little bit overpriced but considering the intl shipping fee I'd have to pay had I ordered from Japan-based shops, it's almost the same anyways. So happy! Broke af, but so happy. Anyways, that's a future-me problem. Good luck to her!
