Indeed, FOMO the Rei is always good FOMO. Better being a bit cautious and pre-order her as soon as possible than missing her out!
Because then the people will laugh at you and they will say: “Look! That fool did not pre-order the Rei in time and must now sell his dignity to buy her overpriced from scalpers!”

I couldn't resist. I'm getting the Radio Eva 2 line and thought that would be it for my EVA fix. But this one is too stunning to pass up.

Late but I guess for me I subconsciously get a lot of my irrational fomo from paying a lot for aftermarket. Also somewhat not related and related, I get grumpy about how the console and gpus (especially) are basially unobtainium for a casual buyer who can't just walk in and buy one off the shelf. If I just cursed the figure hobby down the same path as gpus for just saying this, well that's horrible but then the fomo is justified.

Definitely a bit on the pricey side but this is my favourite Rei figure so far, so I preordered! I have nothing on order from August onwards so plenty of time to save

kinda sad about the price but maybe she gets delayed as others said (or most likely..) still excited to have my first rei figure from one of my favourite artists

Even with the excellent JPY-USD exchange rate that price is outrageous. Looks nice and all but I have several good Reis already.

Pretty much all the figures I PO’d from Alter have been delayed, so in all honesty I do expect a delay. But don’t quote me on that one because sometimes miracles do happen :)
