They don’t list stores in Japan but those should be covered if they are a reputable store. Solaris is a reputable store so you should be fine.

Took me longer than their “5 days” to hear back.So I should only buy from what partners they have listed if I want an option to have a free label for a FREEing bunny return since that’s a good smile product? WillyBillyBass16 hours ago#114067454I used Solaris Japan, they’ve been super helpful but I’m not sure if they can send me a label to send it back, it would be nice if they did. Maybe I should contact good smile directly instead, they are trying to get back to me about what they can do to send it back, but I would rather not pay to send it back

You can contact Good Smile support directly even if you didn’t order through them as long as it’s from a partner or legit shop. I don’t think it matters if it’s a preorder or not, as long as you bought new. I’m speaking about Good Smile Global which is based in Japan. I don’t usually buy from US shops if that’s where you bought from so idk how they handle it but here’s the inquiry page. Here is a list of their partner shops so if you bought from one of these stores you should be covered under them. If you bought from major Japanese retailer (AmiAmi, HLJ, CD Japan, etc.), you should be covered too. I just received my replacement Shion yesterday after sending my first email in the process on 8/3 so it did take a while though.

raijin3023 hours ago#114066705FREEing is making you pay shipping back to them? As in Good Smile? I'm in the states too and I just finished going through the process of getting a replacement for my friend and I. They sent a label and arranged DHL pickup and I didn't have to pay for anything.
