Yes, Aniplex's website reads that it's gonna be delivered sequentially from Friday October 6th. (/^o^)/

Shipping from Aniplex was included in original purchase. But obviously you’ll receive an invoice from your forwarding service. This e-mail basically just confirms the release date and provides information on how to change your desired day and time of delivery.
