I guess since I have the English combined edition I'll add this and Inside to my stuff. I wish there was a separate entry for the combined thing though.

Outside Kou and Inside Kou are combined into 1 book, titled as Attack on Titan Guidebook (ISBN 9781612529452), for the English version.

I'm wondering how the content differs from the "Inside" one..
