I actually really like this figure, I got one on Mandarake unopened and she was very lovely. So far my experience with Griffon was good :)

DonkeyBlonkey9 years ago#1706345Oh please avoid them at all costs.
Their prices are ridiculously high, their quality is terrible (seam lines, no shading, looks completely different to the actual display figure), and thy use this same heinous black base for all of their figures)

I guess we all have different opinion on griffon figures I personally own griffons and love their base I find many figures to have cheap looking base or flashy colors. If the base is hideous I do not order them but I do agree this one doesnt look like Asuna at all but I wouldn't go as far as saying avoid them at all cost. figures like Shiina are very beautiful Griffon/GSC/Alter are my favorite companies.
You have to find your own preferences in the companies not just rely on people's bashing.
Then again that's just my opinion

Edited: if I may add Ririchiyo and Ikaros are also very nice pieces of griffon I find

Nagi120010 years ago#1612187Limited + Exclusive? Why she costs less?
They sell these limited editions directly at their booth at cons, thus avoiding the middleman. This way they can cut a larger profit margin even with a lower end price, I think.

This in pink dress is cuter than the regular one. If anybody wants her, hurry up.
