I just received one of my orders from them. I had 5 items in this order: 3 Oikawas and 2 Nishinoyas. They only sent me one of each...I litereally paid $233.37 for 2 Haikyuu nendoroids. SMH.
Thankfully, they still have both(though Oikawa is officially sold out on their site) and are currently re-shipping my missing items. Whoever's doing their fulfillment must be half asleep or something. They even marked my whole order as "fulfilled" too.
After this, I'll be sure to have a "back-up order" with another site because I can't fully trust Crunchy anymore. *sigh*
yeah it’s kinda annoying because he was literally instock and now he’s somehow just lost?

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us. We do apologize for any inconvenience and for the delayed reply.
You currently have an outstanding order with us, and we know you’ve been patiently waiting for this item to be delivered.
Unfortunately, our warehouse team has lost this item and as such, we are unable to deliver it to you. We can issue a refund for the order and provide you with a $10.00 coupon code.
