Cool, I saw the figma Medusa version 2.0. I will get that version, it looks improved. Nice for people like me since her first figma came out early and is expensive now. Thanks! Now I need to get her Nendo. :)
Not really a re-release, but there is a figma Medusa / Rider 2.0 coming along in the near future. A grey prototype has been shown, so it should be relatively imminent given the overall popularity of Fate. If you want 1.0, the price will plummet, but most likely 2.0, being the same costume, will have improved articulation, sculpting and less fragility in the hair. You're better off waiting for 2.0.
