Looking for one, preferably unopened, but otherwise looking for one that's complete and in great condition.

Yes. I buy one on ebay for $ 20. with some fear. the seller told me it was not japan, was Kaiyodo Chinese factory, and that was what he did not understand.

well, all revoltechs are aade in china, so of course it would come from a chinese factory.
i can't guarantee for anything, but what's improtant is that he says that it's a genuine kaiyodo product, it's best if he states so in the description.
there are some sellers selling "chinese version" figmas, nendos etc., which are indeed fake, but tehy do so to avoid writing that it's fake (or to lie and write it's genuine, but they usually don't like getting their accounts deleted). i haven't heard of a fake revoltech, except that one layton.
if he says it's genuine but it turns out it is not, you should contact him about it (most chinese sellers care VERY very much about their 5 star, highly positive rating) or start a case on ebay if he acts unregenerate.
but also keep in mind that those enkis are 2008, they were laying around for some time, mine is perfectly fine mechanically and optically, except for the shoulder parts for the rocket launcher being slightly off-colour, most likely due to a chemical reaction with the black packing plastic. enki himself and his other pars are wrapped in additional plastic wrappers and didn't have contact with the black plastic and are perfectly fine (the chmical reaction thing is only my theory though, but wheter you buy one from a "trusted" source used or not, there will most liekly be some changes to the colour since white is very prone to slight age related discoloring).

let me guess, you ask because he's like 80$ used from "trustable" stores but ebay is flooded with 20$ china enkis? i was really tempted to buy one too.
my enki is one of those 20 bucks china enkis, but i'm 99.9% sure it's legit, i compared it with a gurren lagann i imported from japan and the pictures up here. bought him for 20 bucks on ebay, only minus is that the shoulder parts for the rocket launcher are slightly off colour, but that's most likely the black plastic box's fault, enki's back was covered with a plastic sheet from the black plastic so he's fine, no mess ups in the paint job, the joints are legit, box was in good condition and looked good, kaiyodo-ad inlay, wrapper, seal sticker was a circle etc. all look legit to me, the seller alse described it as genuine kaiyodo revoltech product. i can post photos if you want.
too bad they don't sell enkidu cheap somewhere, i'd defile him to make my own enkidudu xD
