Yes you can take the head off, its pretty snug though.

Since you've already got her, what is happening with the plastic around her neck? Can't get it off completely... But I am not sure whether you can take her head off in order to remove the plastic... I tried, but don't want to break my Miku...:p

I just got her, she is beautiful!! The red wire is a bit annoying to set up and the perfectionist in me hates how crooked mine is. She also has an extremely cute butt I uploaded quite a bit of pictures of her
