Sayst (5 days ago) #30897826Just got mine today (finally) and was hoping that I'll have some luck with the assembling part...but nope, getting the artillery part onto her back was a real pain...still it does not fit in completely, I can still see like 1-2cm of the peg. But I cant get it in further no matter how hard I try and I'm too afraid to damage the figure.
At least I had some luck with the stand that is supposed to support her legs which fits almost perfectly with no gaps.
So I'm actually more concerned about her back part falling off or even break because it does not fit in completely.
Anyway, besides that its a beautiful figure and I'm happy that she finally joined the other girls.

1-2 cm sounds like a lot, the peg on mine's still visible (I’d guess around 3-5 mm) but it can’t really get any further in.

I also had some trouble getting it in at first and I first made sure her top and bottom body was as close together as possible, using some hot water helped a bit there. I also filed a bit of the peg of with a nail file.

Just throwing this out here because it would be a shame if your back part really came off and broke. D:

Aesus (1 month ago) #29731403Wow thanks it's good to know that.
As Gandalf says, no charges.
You have to show pictures of the figure, box and package and explaining what happened.

Gandalf (1 month ago) #29730709GSC sends them at no cost to the customer. That's one of the things that makes them such a good company. I've had 6+ replacement parts off them over the years. A faceplates with missing decals, a hand that got crushed between the blisters, 2 replacement hoods for 2 different nendoroids and a chip hair piece.
They only failed me once, when their entire stock of replacement tops for 1/4 scale Akeno had been wrapped in tissue paper too soon and were even more damaged than the part I had.

Wow thanks it's good to know that.
