I think I figured out the trick to get her pegs to align correctly. You have to make sure that her metal pegs in the middle go in all the way to her shoes until there is almost nothing showing (the back peg may have about an eight of the inch showing) To do this, I had to flip her upside down and align the metal pegs first, then push down really hard. Then the kimono pegs aligned much neater and it was just adjusting and getting eye level until I could push them down into the holes for the ones on the left and right side.

Has arrived this yesterday. Figure is nice has no paint flaws, but the base don't fit perfectly
