Just a thought but would ppl From different regions complain to Kotobukiya what seems now to be a trend is exclusive Face parts. first hestia face part was U.S only now this seems to be for now Japan only.
if we want to stop this kinda crap please just mail them and complain about these type off practices and demand the option to buy em seperatly.

I also just send a mail to them complaining about how holding Parts exclusive is like how the video game industry demand we buy incomplete games.
