    I bought it at Nippon Yasan.
    So, I went to the Good Smile Website and contacted them (about 1,5 - 2 weeks ago) with all the info and pictures of the damage. (I openend a ticket at NY and they wanted to contact the producer of the figure. But I have made bad experience with NY so far; that's why I contacted Goodsmile directly myself as well)
    Like you, I received no response from GoodSmile.
    Yesterday, out of the blue, I got a large package with a completely new base for my Sakura delivered.
    There might be so many faulty figures, that Goodsmile is not reacting to mails anymore and simply sending them out?

    Well, i don't know what happened but they replied! And quite fast, unfortunately their form is probably useless since i filled it with my order number and a description of what happened and they asked me to send them some info (where i bought it? really... and a proof of my purchase...) and photos of the damaged figure.
    So you got lucky there, receiving your base without them even answering you, maybe if its only the base they do it but in my case its the figure itself. I can only hope this time things go well.

    How you guys proceeded with yours? I got mine from Goodsmile Shop but last time i sent them a message they didn't even answer.

    Suppi12 (9 days ago) #28414760Buying from Solaris with discount - is sea mail a reliable option? it says it has tracking too? the other option is paying another 6000yen + plus for Express mail which will attract Uk customs attention ^^' I ordered this yesterday from solaris using sea mail. I'll let you know how it goes! Last time I used the saver option I bought ITEM #153162 and it took 9 days, maybe this will be similar?
