I have yet to see any instances where official or doujin standard-sized covers came with inner pillows; it's usually the bootlegs or covers from china that offer them as incentives. This actual cover doesn't come with an inner pillow.

BloodFlower • 6 years ago • #17631346Dakimakura covers are almost always sold without the pillow and since this is marked as a "dakimakura cover" and not a "dakimakura" then I would say it's probably sold as a cover only. The price is pretty common to be over 10 000 yen for official covers (mine costed me a 11 000 yen) so the one for 40 dollars is most definitely a fake.
