Luckily had my box with the shipping label on it so they allowed based on that. Without either of those they won't allow replacement (of course you can try to see your luck).
I guess I wasn't even planning to display this part (as a woman the giant gaping vagina is some body horror that really scares me...) but I still get upset that I got a defect figure and now can't replace it. Looks like the straps do reach if I stretch them but the nubs don't actually fit in the holes to make them stay.

And with the normal body part, the straps arrived attached to the legs (and stuck there very well, I had a big struggle to get them off!) but now that I've detached them, they won't go back together. Same issue - the nubs won't go into the holes. Not sure how I will be able to display this figure at all now since the belts won't stay.

Too bad I have a bunch of preorders still open with Amiami, I'll have to think long and hard though before ordering anything else from them, as their CS clearly sucks.

I emailed amiami asking whether they would be providing replacement parts for foreign customers and this was the response:

We have been informed about this being a widespread issue and the maker is
going to help us in correcting it. It will take a little time but we are recording which customers are effected as they contact us.

For us to confirm your product is affected by this please provide a single
photo or video that shows both the item (issue clear) and the shipping label or shipping invoice (tracking number clear).


So it sounds like they might be issuing replacement parts to foreign customers at a later date, but it is clear that they are working with Skytube to resolve this. I hope this reply helps clear some things up for some people.

I'm not sure about the hovering foot since my figure has her foot touching the ground. As for the garter belt I also sent a question to amiami with the shipping label and figure and got the same response as the other posts.

Don't throw away you're boxes, they need it so you can get a replacement.

It seems there is a specific defect they are looking for in order to receive replacement parts. As for the hovering foot, there is nothing AmiAmi can do for it. This is the response I received about this issue.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your item, regarding the issue w
ith the garter belt it has been confirmed by the maker that some quantity
of this item has been produced with belt straps that are to short, so that
it is not possible to attach the parts together, we were not able to confi
rm this issue in your photos, and please note that we need to be able to c
onfirm the issues with your item together with your order invoice or shipp
ing label in the same photo.

Regarding the other issue with the position of the legs, from what we are
able to see in your photos, we were not able to confirm any defects, and i
t would seem like the issue is within the acceptable range for this item.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else with the garter belts and hovering foot. Such a shame about the faults because she looks great overall. Mine also arrived with a blob of black paint just above the stocking on the underside of her left leg. I've emailed Amiami regarding the replacement parts so will see how I go.

Okay so the have sent me a response.

"Thank you for the photos. We are sorry to hear about the issues with your
item.

There is a major quality issue with this item. For this reason, we are not
able to immediately issue out a replacement part. The maker has informed u
s that they will be shipping replacement parts to us sometime in March. Un
fortunately, we have not been provided with an exact date yet. We will kee
p your case noted, and we will contact you again once the parts arrive at
our warehouse."


Someone else also posted their message but it is a bit different from mine as their message shows Amiami asking about a refund. I told them I was still happy with the product and that I just wanted the replacement parts so that is why they didn't type that out in the response. Didn't really expect this to go well.
